The deadline for registration is on 10 October 2022. Only dry products can be accepted for the exhibit. Aside from their products, fair participants are encouraged to bring knowledge management and communication materials such as brochures and flyers for the exhibit.

The fair will have two dedicated areas where participants can display and sell their products. Each participant will have a space inside the conference room, and they will also have an option to put their products outside the conference room beside the registration area. Due to the limited space, two organizations will share one table which measures 1.76m x 0.55m. Each organization will have a standard sign on its table that will be provided by the AFA Secretariat.

Each exhibitor is encouraged to be at their booths, especially before the program starts and during breaks. The AFA Secretariat is not responsible for any losses or damage to products displayed so do keep an eye on them.

Ingress and setting up of booths by the fair participants will be on 20 October 2022 from 7 am to 9 am. Checking of the inventory list will be done by both the organization representative and the assigned AFA Secretariat during the day of ingress and egress.
