One volunteer from Korean who has been staying in the Philippines the past 7 months decided to join the AFA secretariat as volunteer.
Mr. Lee Ho young, major in industrial design of Kuemueng University and will be in-charge of designing AFA’s new logo and improving the design of the AFA website & e-bulletin and layout AFA and PAKISAMA publications as needed.
“I would just like to help some people and make Filipino friends. This opportunity will help develop my skills in design while serving people as well,” says Lee.
The other one volunteer from Taiwan who has been staying with AsiaDHRRA for one month volunteer work and one month in the AFA secretariat.
Mr. Huang Sung Wei, has master’s Degree in Agribusiness Management of NPUST and will be assisting in marking proposal research of AFA members.
“I would like to have better understanding about marketing situation in Asian countries, so I would try my best and share Taiwan experience to AFA members,” says Huang.
Mr. Lee will be reporting to AFA office from September 22 2008 to February 2009 and Mr. Huang will be reporting from September 25 to October 21 2008.
