HA NOI — As early as two o’clock in the morning, vegetable sellers in Dong Du Commune of Gia Lam District in the capital city of Ha Noi start their busy day’s work.
They collect vegetables from farmers to take to wholesale markets, from where containers can be filled to be exported to countries in the EU and North America.
