Phase 2 of UNDFF ComDev Asia campaign “Family Farming at the Heart of Sustainable Food Systems”

ComDev Asia (CDA) invites everyone to join the launch of the 2nd phase of its awareness campaign for family farmers on 7 December 2021, 3:00PM (Manila Time) via Zoom. With the theme “Family Farming at the Heart of Sustainable Food Systems”, the campaign seeks to inform family farmers and the general public about the contribution of family farming to sustainable food systems and the progress of the UN Decade of Family Farming, giving voice to farmers and their organizations.
Last July 23, CDA launched the first phase of the campaign where he campaign briefer and social media cards were made available through the CDA website and its social media accounts. For the Phase 2, CDA will be releasing country factsheets and radio magazines tackling the stories, issues, challenges, and prospects of family farming in the Asia-Pacific region.
ComDev Asia is a regional initiative that promotes Communication for Development (ComDev) in the Asia-Pacific region. Its purpose is to build ComDev capacities and to support rural communication policies and services in the region.
