Rice Flour Cake

Rice flour cakes hold a significant place in the culinary traditions of various Indian states, each region infusing its unique flavors and techniques into these beloved snacks. In this recipe, Anuradha Mondal demonstrates the preparation of a straightforward yet hearty snack, utilizing time-honored methods.
Ingredients:
- Rice flour
- Semolina
- Jaggery (Cane sugar)
- Coconut
- Banana Leaves
- Salt
- Water
Instructions:
- Mixed all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Add salt and water to the mixture.
- Cook until it dries up.
- Put banana leaves at the bottom of the pot. Place the mixture on top of it and cover it again.
- Let it cook slowly for 3 hours.
- Remove the banana leaves from the pot and serve the dish.
