The World Rural Forum is pleased to invite you to the series of exchanges “Rural women and cooperatives”, aimed at promoting the catalytic role of associations and cooperatives in the economic empowerment and resilience of rural women. This first webinar will present 3 experiences of women’s farming cooperatives and groups from Africa (from PROPAC), South America (from COPROFAM), and Asia (from AFA). We will discuss the success factors, challenges, and actions needed to support the empowerment of rural women through cooperativism.
