The Training of Trainors (ToT) aims to provide a venue for small farmers, cooperative leaders and members, coop trainers a reflection of its approaches of enterprises either through products consolidation and collective marketing and cooperative formations; introduce fundamental values and context of organizing cooperatives, and provide basic skills and knowledge on cooperative governance and management and its role towards sustaining the agri-enterprises; enhance the capacities and skills of participants in facilitation and conduct of trainings for its members and to other cooperatives in enhancing its visioning and delivery of services to its members, and; come up with re-entry plans and identify recommended actions towards membership education program and leadership/governance for cooperatives.
ToT is co-organized by the Asian Farmers’ Association (AFA) and PAKISAMA with support from CSA. ###
