Dimanche will share AFA’s initiatives on assisting small farmers to gain access to credit and capital in the seminar. A day will be devoted in the four day seminar specially for sharing of experience of NGOs from different countries in the Southeast region.

AFA draws a lot of lessons on agricultural production, marketing and trading from its Farmer Exchange Visits conducted since 2001. Members like TWADA, KAFF, and FNN have good experiences in alternative trading, while AFA itself has initiatives in advocacy and education on fair trade at the regional level.
