AFA attended a meeting hosted by the UNI-ASETUC (ASEAN Service Employee Trade Union council) meeting last November 26, 2007. SorKorPor Secretary General Chaiwat Suravichai represented AFA to this meeting. He met then incoming ASEAN Secretary General Dr. Surin Pitsuwan Mr.Christopher Ng (Regional Secretary of UNI Apro Regional Secretary) Dr. Rene E Ofreneo (ASEAN Inter-University Conference) and others from Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Lao, Cambodai, and Thailand.
