The Asian Farmers’ Association for Sustainable Rural Development (AFA), an alliance of millions of farmers from ten Asian countries, will hold the “Seminar-Workshop on SA: Developing AFA’s Advocacy on Sustainable Agricultureâ€, to be hosted by Aliansi Petani Indonesia (API), this coming July 11-17, 2006 in Batu City, Malang, Indonesia.
This workshop will hopefully result in the development of AFA’s concept paper on sustainable agriculture, which can serve as a blueprint for AFA’s action and advocacy on sustainable agriculture.
