The Asian NGO Coalition – For Agrarian Reform and Rural Development (ANGOC) became the latest partner of AFA as part of its Land Matrix Initiative that tackles the issues of Large-Scale Land Acquisition (LSLA). This collaboration was done as an exchange of information for Land Matrix Asia and the ninth and tenth commitment based initiative of ILC, Defending Land Rights and Land Rights Defenders. As part of the data collaboration and as a way to share a deeper understanding of the database; AFA gave a training on data base parameters, data entry, data research and validation and some offline tools that can be used to gather data. The training was held last August 23, 2018 in the office of ANGOC in Quezon City, Philippines.
