After the postponement of the original schedule last February, the AFA Strategic Planning and Second General Assembly will finally push through on April 6-12, 2006 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, to be hosted by Farmer and Nature Net (FNN), an AFA associate member, with the assistance of its NGO partner, CEDAC (Cambodian Center for Study and Development in Agriculture).
The activities will include a field visit to a farming community, where a belated celebration of AFA Day (February 28) will be held. There will also be a forum on ASEAN and bilateral agreements.
